If you have doubts and your mind is asking all of doubtful questions here’s a little trick. -First, stop the thought once you recognize it. -Second, flip that thought into to the opposite. -Third, repeat until it feels natural. If you feel resistance towards the oppressive sentences or questions running 🏃🏽♀️ through your mind it’s because you don’t believe it yet. You can then try pulling out the positive adjectives in the sentence and repeat. Words hold power so this will still help you to stay positive. Here is an example. Why am I so dumb? Can be changed to Why am I so smart? Now let’s say you just did something that you think is dumb, your mind may resist this belief. This is where you would pull out the word smart and just repeat it.
